By using WordDream, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
WordDream provides AI-generated dictionary explanations, examples, images, audio, chats, stories, and study tools. Features, quotas, providers, and availability may change.
Accounts and general acceptable use
Keep your account secure and provide accurate information. Do not abuse free quotas, bypass human verification or rate limits, automate excessive requests, interfere with the service, violate law, or use the service to harm others.
AI-generated content standards
You must not use WordDream to create, request, upload, distribute, or facilitate: pornography or NSFW sexual content; graphic violence or gore; hate speech or content that targets protected groups; child sexual abuse material or any child-unsafe content; deceptive deepfakes or impersonation; or content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights. You must have the rights and permissions needed for your inputs and intended use of outputs.
Enforcement, reporting, and moderation
We use technical abuse controls, including verification and rate limits, and may rely on applicable upstream model safety filters. We may remove or refuse content, limit features, suspend or terminate accounts, and preserve information where required by law. Report suspected violations or harmful generated content to support@worddream.io with relevant details. We review reports and may take action, but do not guarantee that every item will be detected or reviewed before it is generated or shared.
AI limitations
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable. Verify important information independently. WordDream does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
Content and licenses
You retain rights in content you submit. You grant WordDream the limited rights needed to process it and provide the service. Generated output may not be unique and may be subject to third-party terms or law.
Availability and termination
The service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. We may suspend abusive accounts or discontinue features. You may delete your account at any time in Settings.
Billing, trials, and refunds
Free features are provided without charge and therefore have no refund. If we offer a paid subscription, its price, billing period, trial eligibility, first charge date, and automatic-renewal terms will be shown before checkout. Unless required by applicable law, refunds are generally not provided after a trial or paid period begins, except for duplicate charges or a material technical failure that prevents access to the paid service. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not normally create a refund for the current period.
Liability and changes
To the maximum extent allowed by law, WordDream is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means acceptance. Questions: privacy@worddream.io.
